معرفی

ژنراتور زنگ هشدار SC1006 در واقع یک تراشه CMOS بوده و برای تولید صدای زنگ هشدار در مدارات می توان استفاده نمود ، این تراشه دارای مدار تنظیم کننده ولتاژ داخلی بوده و می تواند مستقیماً به منبع تغذیه متصل نمود از ویژگی های این تراشه کم مصرف بودن و دارای نوسان ساز داخلی و کارکرد در ولتاژ های 12 تا 24 ولت می باشد.

Description

SC1006 is a CMOS process to manufacture the alarm sound generator ASIC, built-in voltage regulator circuit, reset capacitor, can directly enter the high-voltage power supply, and omit the diode and the reset capacitor voltage regulator. SC1006 you can select mono or six-tone cycle of the output.
