نوار نقاله اتوماتیک مدل HR-DS1200 یک دستگاه پیشرفته است که برای انتقال برد مدار چاپی به صورت خودکار طراحی شده و پس از دستگاه Printer و Pick and Place قرار می‌گیرد. این دستگاه به اپراتور این امکان را می‌دهد که میزان و کیفیت خمیر قلع و چسب SMD را پس از فرآیند چاپ روی برد مدار چاپی بررسی کند. همچنین، اپراتور می‌تواند دقت قطعات مونتاژ شده روی برد مدار چاپی را بررسی کند. این نوار نقاله دارای سنسورهایی است که از قرار گرفتن دو برد روی هم جلوگیری می‌کند، ولوم تنظیم سرعت برای کنترل دقیق حرکت نوار نقاله، و قابلیت تنظیم عرض نوار نقاله به صورت دستی برای تطبیق با اندازه بردهای مختلف را داراست. همچنین، این دستگاه مجهز به LED جهت روشنایی است که باعث بهبود دید اپراتور در حین بررسی قطعات و فرآیندهای مختلف می‌شود. برای افزایش مدت زمان بررسی یا مونتاژ، می‌توانید حرکت کانوایر را از اتوماتیک به دستی تغییر داده و با فشردن شستی، کانوایر را به حرکت درآورید.

Introduction

The HR-DS1200 Automatic Conveyor is an advanced device designed for the automatic transfer of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Positioned after the Printer and Pick and Place machines, it allows the operator to check the amount and quality of solder paste and SMD adhesive after the printing process on the PCB. Additionally, the operator can inspect the accuracy of the components assembled on the PCB. The conveyor is equipped with sensors that prevent two PCBs from stacking on top of each other, ensuring smooth and error-free operation. It also features a speed control knob for precise movement adjustment and a manual width adjustment lever to accommodate various PCB sizes. Furthermore, the device is equipped with LED lighting to improve the operator's visibility during inspection and handling. To extend the time for inspection or assembly, the conveyor can be switched from automatic to manual mode, allowing the operator to start the conveyor by pressing a button.
