سنسور سنجش فشار مقاومتی RFP602

سنسور RFP602 یک سنسور مقاومتی حساس به نیروی فشار است. مقاومت الکتریکی این FSR متناسب با میزان فشار اعمال شده به این ناحیه حساس تغییر خواهد کرد. هر چه مقدار نیروی وارد آمده بیشتر شود مقاومت الکتریکی کمتر خواهد شد. 
استفاده از این سنسور بسیار ساده است. کاربرد آنها بیشتر برای تشخیص وجود نیرو و اندازه گیری تقریبی شدت آن است، لذا این سنسورها برای محاسبه دقیق مقدار نیرو طراحی نشده اند. به بیان دیگر این سنسورها برای تقریب نیروی وارد شده بر یک جسم مناسبند اما نمیتوانید با آن یک ترازوی دیجیتال طراحی کنید. در رباتیک برای تشخیص لحظه رسیدن گیره ربات به اجسام یا زمان رسیدن پای ربات به زمین از این سنسورها استفاده می شود. با قابلیت تشخیص نیروهای ضربه ای تکرار شونده.

Introduction

A force-sensitive resistor (FSR) is a material which changes its resistance when a force or pressure is applied. The conductive film is an example of such force resistance material. In other words, the force-sensitive resistor is a sensor that allows you to detect physical pressure, squeezing and weight.

The principle of the pressure sensor test is to apply the stress applied in the sensing area of the sensor film into the change of the two-line resistance value and obtain the external stress change information according to the calibration curve of the stress-resistance.

The greater the stress, the lower the sensor output resistance. The RFP film pressure sensor can measure the pressure of any contact surface statically and dynamically.

Application

For test soil pressure measurement, test material pressure distribution measurement (not recommend to use in fields which need to teat precise pressure).
