Introduction

This 0.33uf 1200V DC Induction Cooker Capacitor is designed with high reliability and long life with high ripple current at high frequency and excellent smoothing ability. These capacitors offer a wide range of applications in the field including high-frequency oscillating loop applications with high pulse current stress such as induction rice cooker, induction cooktop and protection circuits in switched-mode power supply (SMPS) and electronic ballasts.

A DC Box capacitor designed with polypropylene dielectric with double metalized polyester film as electrodes. The two leads come in parallel with the body of the capacitor. These leads come out at the same ends of the capacitor. Meanwhile, these capacitors are encapsulated in epoxy resin in a plastic box of material and end sealed. Moreover, these box capacitors are ideal for low-profile circuit board applications. This capacitor made up of Polypropylene Film operates at a rated voltage of 1200V DC.

DC Box capacitors generally exist as polarized, with one lead being positive and therefore the other being negative. Typically these capacitors tend to possess a sign on the positive side to denote which lead is positive.
