شیر پنوماتیک به دسته ای از شیرها اطلاق می شود که به کمک اعمال یک نیرو مسیر هوا را تغییر داده و جریان هوا را در طول فرایند یک سیستم قطع و وصل می نمایند. اعمال نیرو به شیرهای پنوماتیکی ممکن است یا از طریق دست صورت پذیرد که در این حالت شیر از نوع شیر پنوماتیک دستی می باشد، و یا با اعمال یک جریان الکتریکی شیر پنوماتیک تحریک و یا کنترل شود که به این نوع شیر ، شیر برقی پنوماتیک می گویند. بوسیله این جریان الکتریکی در شیر برقی پنوماتیک ، بوبین برقی داخل شیر خاصیت مغناطیسی پیدا می کند و نیروی لازم جهت تغییر وضعیت شیر پنوماتیکی را فراهم می آورد. این تغییر وضعیت نیز براساس فرمانی که از طریق سیستم کنترل یا بوبین دریافت شده ، اعمال می شود.

Description
