سنسور القایی مدل PL-05P با خروجی PNP

معرفی

سنسور PL-05P یک سنسور القایی پروکسیمیتی مکعبی شکل است. فاصله دید این سنسور حداکثر ۵ میلیمتر است و ولتاژ تغذیه آن در محدوده VDC (10-30) قرار دارد. سنسور PL-05P خروجی خود را به صورت PNP ارائه می‌دهد و دارای یک سیم با طول 1 متر است. این سیم برای اتصال سنسور به سیستم‌ها یا دستگاه‌های دیگر استفاده می‌شود.

ویژگی‌ها

تکنولوژی القایی: این سنسور از اصل عملکرد القایی برای تشخیص اجسام فلزی استفاده می‌کند. با نزدیک شدن یک جسم فلزی به سنسور، القای الکتریکی در سنسور ایجاد می‌شود که به تشخیص و تحلیل حضور اجسام فلزی کمک می‌کند.

خروجی PNP:  خروجی خود را به صورت PNP ارائه می‌دهد. این به این معنی است که وقتی یک جسم فلزی در محدوده تشخیص سنسور قرار می‌گیرد، خروجی سنسور به سطح بالا (مثبت) می‌رسد و در غیر این صورت، خروجی به سطح پایین (صفر) می‌رود.

قابلیت تشخیص فلزات: قادر به تشخیص انواع فلزات مانند آهن، فولاد، آلومینیوم و غیره. این سنسور به عنوان یک سنسور پروکسیمیتی استفاده می‌شود که به کاربر امکان تشخیص حضور و عدم حضور اجسام فلزی را می‌دهد.

Introduction

Inductive Proximity Sensor PL-05P PNP Limit Switch is used for controlling machinery as part of a control system, as a safety interlock, or to count objects passing a point. A limit switch is an electromechanical device that consists of an actuator mechanically linked to a set of contacts. When an object comes into contact with the actuator, the device operates the contacts to make or break an electrical connection. Being an inductive switch, no physical contact is required between the switch and the metalic surface being sensed.
Limit switches are used in a variety of applications and environments because of their ruggedness, ease of installation, and reliability of operation. They can determine the presence or absence, passing, positioning, and end of travel of an object. They were first used to define the limit of travel of an object; hence the name "Limit Switch".
