هیت بد ( PCB Heated Bed ) تمام آلومینیومی MK3 ویژه پرینترهای سه بعدی دارای دو ولتاژ کاری 12 , 24 ولت است. جنس این محصول از آلمینیوم است. هسته ی هیت پد آلومینیومی و با ضخامت 3.0 میلی متر میباشد. برای پرینت نیاز نیست روی هیت بد از شیشه استفاده شود. هنگام استفاده از ولتاژ 24 ولت از سیم ضخیم تر استفاده نمایید.

Description

The 12V/24V MK3 Aluminium Heated Print Bed is one of the recent contenders in 3D Printing build platforms, and is based on the MK design by Josef Prusa. While it is made to fit Prusa i3 3D Printers with a 214x214mm size, it can also be used with a wide range of other printers, and some people have even reported mounted it directly onto their previous heatbeds by simply drilling holes to accommodate the new mounting points.

Because this heatbed is made from aluminium, it is very efficient in terms of transferring and maintaining high temperatures, and offers an almost perfectly flat surface with an impressive flatness tolerance of about 0.2mm. Another great benefit of these Heatbeds is that they offer dual power supply options, catering to both 24V and 12V systems. This allows you to use whichever power supply you need to, and can even offer faster heating times with a few tricks found on some of the popular forums – although we recommend utilising this heatbed as intended.

If you want to further improve the efficiency and heating speed of the MK3 heatbed, you can also consider adding some Heatbed Insulation to the underside such as cotton pads or cork. This will help reduce heat loss and keep the temperatures stable – further improving the value and print quality of this heatbed quite dramatically.
