Based on the various questions that customers often have, the following summary references are made:
Note: A meter with a range of 50A or 100A must be connected to the shunt to measure the current regardless of whether the measured current is less than 10A ! Otherwise it will burn out the meter.
The voltage is normal and the current is 0.00 or 0.0.
Make sure that the thick black wire is connected to the negative pole of the battery and the thick red wire is connected to the negative pole of the load. (Note that the discharge is not the same as the charging wiring, see the concept of load and power afterwards .) (Meter using imported chips, through a very rigorous testing and calibration to ensure the factory . No quality issues before shipment. Meet current display 0 cases of 99.99% is wired wrong, please be patient carefully check the wiring)
Current display is not allowed
If it is directly powered or the independent power supply is co-located with the equipment power supply, as long as the thin black line is disconnected, it can be accurate.
Connected to the power supply does not display
Any AC power that has been rectified must be filtered by an electrolytic capacitor of 1000uF or more to supply power to the meter.
Judging whether the header is good or bad (the following are the two cases of the normal header)
Without the shunt, connect the thin red line and the thin black line to the power supply, the meter current of the range of 50A shows 50.0~59.9 , and the meter with the range of 100Ashows 100~109 ;
Connect the shunt, connect the thin red line and the thin black line to the power supply, the meter current of the range of 50A shows 0.00 , and the meter with the range of 100A shows0.0 ;
The current can only be measured in the negative pole of the power supply and the negative pole of the load.
Voltage range: The power supply voltage range of the 5 lines is4~28V , that is, the voltage of the thin red line cannot exceed 28V .

When charging: charger, generator, solar energy is the power source, rechargeable battery, battery is the load.
